PLACING AN ORDER
Links throughout our site allow you to shop by our categories. Once on a category page, you can click product thumbnails and names to view a larger photo and learn more information about each product.
Using the shopping cart:
- Place items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" buttons.
- View your shopping cart at any time by clicking a "View Cart" button.
- Product options (if available) are entered on the shopping cart screen.
- To remove an item from your shopping cart, change the quantity to 0 and click "Recalculate."
- If you change Tax, Shipping, or Quantity, you must click "Recalculate" to view the updated shopping cart.
- Shipping charges for international orders are added AFTER we receive your order. We will e-mail the adjusted order total to you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders. If paying by cashier's check or money order, your order will ship after payment is received.
If paying by credit card, please enter your name exactly as it appears on your card. Also, the billing address you supply must match your address as it appears on your credit card statement.
It's important that you include your phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order and to gain approval for credit card purchases.

SHIPPING AND SALES TAX
Shipping and handling charges are applied to each order. We ship UPS Ground for orders placed for delivery in the continental United States. Standard Shipping charges are as follows:
Ground continental US (7-10 days*)
Up to $14.99 - $4.99
$15.00 to $29.99 - $5.99
$30.00 to $44.99 - $6.99
$45.00 to $59.99 - $7.99
$60.00 to $74.99 - $8.99
$75.00 and Up - FREE!
International shipping costs vary by location. Please e-mail

if you would like a quote on international shipping charges
before placing your order. Shipping charges for international
orders are added AFTER we receive your order. We will e-mail
the adjusted order total to you. Estimated time of arrival
for standard international shipping is approximately 8 weeks*.
Air shipping is approximately 7-10 days*.
*Estimated delivery times provided by the shipping companies.
- Items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
- A separate order must be placed for each address shipped to.
- If your item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delays beyond two weeks for U.S. orders and three weeks for international orders.
- Sales tax is charged at 7% for orders with bill-to-addresses in the State of Florida.
- No sales tax is charged for orders with bill-to addresses outside of Florida.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. But in
the event you need to return an item to Stuff for Birds,
you may return it for exchanging with another item or for
a full and prompt refund of the merchandise purchase price
within 60 days. All returns should be first authorized by
email to info@stuffforbirds.com
and returned in new condition. The customer pays for all
shipping costs. Return packages should be sent back to us
UPS at your cost. If you received an item damaged during shipment,
you will not be charged for
the shipping costs of the return. For items returned due
to damage in shipment, please contact us via e-mail info@stuffforbirds.comwithin
48 hours of receipt to receive return authorization information.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Protecting your order information and privacy is a priority at Stuff For Birds. We make every effort to protect your online
order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Stuff For Birds. To
check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the
checkout form. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active.
Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. If that is your situation,
you'll be unable to connect to our secure server, so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an
unsecured connection. If you can't access the secure server for whatever reason, please place your order by phone.
While we may use customer information for Stuff For Birds marketing and promotional purposes, we do not sell online
customer information to any outside company or third party.
